MBTI training
Understand Personality and Preference Through
MBTI – Myers Briggs Type Indicator®
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is a questionnaire that explores personality types.
It’s known to be one of the most trusted and widely used tools of its kind.
We are licensed to administer and give feedback on the MBTI and use it in a variety of ways with individuals and teams.
Benefits include;
- Improved business and personal relationships
- Effective team work and team performance
- Improved communication
- Understanding diversity
- Easier resolution of conflict
The MBTI is based on Carl Jung's psychological types. It was first developed by Isabel Briggs Myers (1897-1979) and her mother, Katharine Cook Briggs.
It’s important to recognise that it explores preferences, not absolutes. As such, it gives us powerful insights into our differences and ways that we use this to improve a variety of areas from team dynamics to leadership skills.

Emotional Intelligence Training
The rules are changing for what makes a star performer or leader within organisations.
In the past it was all about technical skill or know-how with enormous value placed on IQ. Now the skills and qualities desired and recognised for making the difference between success and mediocrity are very different.
A person can have great technical skills or a high IQ but that isn’t enough.
It’s about the ability to truly connect with people. It’s about engaging people’s hearts as well as minds.
In a business world of increased pressure, competition and change, Emotional Intelligence is now the essential requirement.
Benefits of EI training include;
- Greater awareness of your own strengths and gaps
- Understand the links between emotions, behaviour and performance
- Increased skills in handling interactions and conflict
- Work more effectively with values & priorities
- Increase your sensory acuity – notice the signals people give
- Learning to trust your gut – working with intuition
And much more…
