Chantal Burns – Founder
Chantal Burns is a highly skilled success coach and corporate trainer.
After 15 years in media, sales and business development, working for some of the world’s leading media brands, she knows what it takes to be successful in fiercely competitive markets.
Chantal set up Star Consultancy in 2000 which provides inspiring, practical and effective solutions for developing people and business.
Chantal is qualified to administer and feedback on a wide variety of psychological tools
including Myers Briggs and the SDI.
She’s also a licensed NLP Trainer and a leader in the field of applied NLP for business.
One of her biggest achievements is getting a kiss from David Bowie at Top of the Pops.
It doesn’t all have to be about business does it!

Seren Trewavas
Seren is a personal development specialist with over 15 years experience in the field of coaching, training and consulting, within companies such as HMV, Arcadia, BBC and ITV.
She works with individuals and teams to raise their level of awareness of behavioural dynamics and effective practices. She’s a qualified Occupational Psychologist and an accredited executive coach with Ashridge Business School. She’s also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She makes use of a wide range of psychometric tools in her work such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Belbin team roles, Emotional Intelligence Inventory and Leadership Styles Inventory.
Seren offers a number of training and coaching interventions appropriate for different levels and disciplines in business.

Jon Poole
Jon has more than twenty years experience in people development with a particular specialism in executive
coaching. Jon originally started his career in financial services but has since
worked in a wide range of industries and sectors.
As well as being qualified to provide competency assessments and feedback
he is also British Psychological Society qualified to administer and feedback
a range of psychometric tests. His book, Business Coaching in Easy Steps is
launching on 5 August 2009.

Sharon is a gifted coach and trainer whose background is in Category Marketing Management and HR & Training within blue chip companies.
She works with people from middle management to board level, focusing her expertise to facilitate high performance mindsets that distinguish average from outstanding performance.
She’s also an Associate NLP Trainer.

Jonathan Lines
Jonathan is a highly experienced media professional with operational and strategic skills in off and online marketing, He has over ten years of senior level management experience.
He has consulted for, and worked with, some of the UK’s leading media businesses, including the BBC, Fish4, Aegis and EMAP. He has developed and implemented business plans, raised investment, managed projects and led teams. Throughout his career Jonathan has helped organisations achieve real and quantifiable success. His passion is infectious and his creativity is compelling. An approach to simplify complexity, always gets excellent results.
